On the last few occasions, no one represented the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment when the matter was taken up for hearing.

It further appears that the matter was earlier dismissed for default and thereafter restored. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be delivered to the learned advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
