Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner's bail prayer was turned down by this Court on two earlier occasions vide orders dated August 17, 2023 and August 21, 2024. By the order dated August 21, 2024, this Court directed the learned trial Court to expedite the trial to the fullest extent possible and conclude the same at an early date and definitely within a year from the next date fixed for examination of witnesses. Since the said period is yet to be completed, the application is dismissed, being devoid of merit.

The bail application is disposed of.
