The present revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of case No.C-352/2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. Records reflect that the examination under Section 251 Cr.P.C. is yet to be recorded.

Having considered the plight of the petitioner, who is the complainant, I direct that the complainant along with the original documents must be present before the court so that the court would be in a position to take steps for completion of the process under Section 251 Cr.P.C. (if the same has not yet been filed, then proceed with the evidence of the case).

Learned trial court would fix a date in every 2 months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 358 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
