By presenting this writ petition, prayer has been made to take steps by the concerned authorities in terms of order passed by a Coordinate Bench on a writ petition being WPA 10183 of 2023 on 15th May, 2023.

Today, on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda, being respondent no. 5 a report in the form of affidavit has been placed before this Court and same is taken on record. From the said report, it appears that in terms of order dated 15th May, 2023, the

concerned District Inspector of Schools has taken decision as contained in memo dated 5th March, 2025.

In view of decision taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools, it appears that grievance of the petitioner as ventilated by filing this writ petition stands redressed.

Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in the event claim of the petitoner for sanction of benefit under ROPA 2019 is not granted.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
