Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that as per circular dated 31.01.2025 issued by the State, subject to certain conditions non-GMR candidates in respect of GNM Entrance Examination, shall be provided registration.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infractuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance.
