CRR 416 of 2022 In the matter of:- Diptiman Ghosh Ms. Busra Khatun .....for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in stead of preferring a revisional application in the civil side, the criminal jurisdiction has been invoked to expedite a proceeding in a matrimonial suit pending before a Civil Court. Accordingly, she prays that the petitioner would not press this application.

On her prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for return of the certified copy of the order sheet.
