The petitioner is a Group-'D' Staff at Jamia Islamia Madhyamik Siksha Kendra (Senior Madrsah Type), DistrictBirbhum. The payment of honorarium of the petitioner was suspended for the period from February 01, 2013 to August 31, 2016 due to the embargo imposed by the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein but the said embargo since has been withdrawn vide memo no. 1381-MI dated August 17, 2016, the petitioner is praying disbursement of the said arrear honorarium.

A representation of the petitioner dated March 06, 2017 to the said effect, which forms part of the writ petition being annexure P-4 is pending consideration before the said respondent.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law within a

period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 2393 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
