From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that 25th February, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the application for injunction. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the injunction application was adjourned on 25th February, 2025 and the next date has been fixed on 21st November, 2025.

Since the injunction application is to be heard expeditiously, CO 370 of 2025 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to pray for preponing the date of hearing of the injunction application before the learned Trial Judge. If such application is filed, the learned Trial

Judge shall consider the prayer and pass orders accordingly.

With the above observation CO 370 of 2025 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
