131/1, Samarpally, Ward No. 34, and Block No. LM under the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation, following the death of Saradamoni Ghosh, the predecessor-in-interest of the petitioners, who was the original recorded owner. The petitioners contend that although they submitted all the necessary documents for mutation in response to the letter dated June 21, 2018, issued by the Corporation, no action has been taken by the Corporation to process the mutation of the relevant assessment records.

In light of the foregoing, I find no justification for keeping this writ petition pending. Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation shall consider the petitioners' prayer for mutation within a period of two months from the date of

communication of this order.

It is further clarified that the petitioners shall comply with all necessary formalities in this regard. WPA 2392 of 2023 is disposed of.
