Proclamation was executed as against both the petitioners. Both the petitioners stand implicated in the incident of murder as appearing from the materials in the case diary. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
