The petitioner participated in the 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff, 2016 in the post of Group - 'C' and Group - 'D' Staff in Junior High/Secondary/Higher Secondary Schools (Except Hill Region).

The petitioner is complaining that he has applied under the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the commission to get information regarding his result in the selection test, but the commission has not responded to his such application.

Considering the nature of the allegation, the commission was directed to file a report.

Dr. Patra today files such report, it is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that the score of the petitioner in selection test for both Group -C and Group - D posts is much below than the last candidate called for personality test.

The petitioner, therefore, is not entitled to be considered for appointment.

The writ petition therefore fails, W.P.A. 2393 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
