In this application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the proceedings being C Case No. 4971 of 2019 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore. Learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner submits that such complaint case has been dismissed by an order dated March 5, 2021 by the learned Magistrate in the Court below. A copy of such order has been handed over. Let such order be kept with the record.
