In this application, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the proceedings being C Case No. 4971 of 2019 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore. The learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, submits that the said complaint case has been dismissed by an order dated March 5, 2021, by the learned Magistrate in the Court below. A copy of such order has been handed over to this Court. Let such order be kept with the record.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in this revisional application to be decided. The revisional application being CRR 315 of 2020 is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
