1. Mr. Ray, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Bank, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the loan amount has been settled by the petitioner. He places a copy of the communication dated March 3, 2022, issued by the respondent Bank admitting that the loan amount has been settled.

2. Let such copy of the communication be kept on record.

3. The writ petition along with connected application being CAN 1 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
