From the order-sheet appended to this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, this Court finds that 25th February, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the petition dated 12th August, 2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that on 25th February, 2025 the petition dated 12th August, 2021 was not taken up for hearing. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue any notice upon the opposite party. However, the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or their learned

advocates representing them before the learned Civil Judge.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions, C.O. 375 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haldia, Purba Medinipur to dispose of the pending application and the Title Suit No. 323 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
