Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a report, which be kept on record.

It appears from such report that warrant of proclamation of arrest was issued as against the petitioner. Charge sheet was submitted. Charges were framed. The dates fixed for recording of evidence are March 7, 2022 to March 9, 2022.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 686 of 2022 is dismissed.
