Written instruction dated 26th June, 2024 received by the learned advocate for the petitioner from her client (petitioner) placed before the Court is taken on record.

It appears from the said instruction that a medical board was established which has found the petitioner to be unfit for banking job. The management of the Central Bank of India has awarded compulsory retirement to the petitioner. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
