The petitioners in this writ petition claim to have deposited diverse sums of money with the Prayag Group of Companies. They claim refund of their moneys with interest.

Similar issue is pending consideration by this Court in WPA 11835 of 2015. The petitioners will be at liberty to make submission in that writ petition, if necessary. No useful purpose will be served by keeping this writ petition pending. This Court is in the process of addressing the larger issue of refund of moneys repayable to all the depositors in the Prayag Group of Companies.
