Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of 215 days. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there are eye-witnesses recording statements implicating the petitioner in the offence. He submits that the case stands committed. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 411 of 2022 is dismissed.
