The present revision of the year 2020 is for setting aside of an order dated 28.02.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Arambagh, Hooghly, thereby reducing the quantum of maintenance payable to the opposite party/wife from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.4,000/-.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
