Tumpa Das v. State Of West Bengal And ANR
18.07.2023 Serial no. 33 [G.S.D] CRR 363 of 2023 In the matter of : Tumpa Das ... ... Petitioner The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being M. No. 166 of 2022. The said case is under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The grievance of the petitioner, who happens to be the applicant, is that the Learned Magistrate was fixing the date without considering the prayers and the interim relief(s) as prayed for in the application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
Having regard to the plight as expressed by the petitioner particularly in respect of a proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., I direct that the Learned Trial Court would fix at least one date in every two months so that the petitioner's prayer for her sustenance be considered at the earliest.
With the aforesaid observations, CRR 363 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
