Mr. Somnath Adhikary ...for the NCB Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 26th February, 2025 wherein this court while granted bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that he shall remain within the jurisdiction of Rajarhat Police Station and shall meet to the O.C./I.C. of the concerned police station twice in a week until further order. He further submits that annexed xerox copy of the attendance sheet has not been disputed by the NCB.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the condition imposed vide order dated 26.2.2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner while on bail, shall remain within the geographic area of district South 24 parganas and Kolkata and shall report to the O.C/I.C. of the Rajarhat police station once in a month until further order".

The order dated 26.2.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
