Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee Mr. S. Das ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for recovery of khas possession and praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, 1st Court, (Senior Division), Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 988 of 2018 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revisional application it appears that 7th February, 2025 was fixed for hearing the petition praying for vacating the order fixing the suit for ex parte hearing. On a query of the Court Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner could not apprise this Court as to whether the order fixing the suit for ex parte hearing has been vacated or not.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue any notice upon the opposite party. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned

advocates representing them before the learned trial Judge.

C.O. 374 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 988 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
