(Via Video Conference) The matter was initially listed on 01.07.2009 and on the prayer of the petitioner the matter was directed to be listed in the monthly list of August, 2009. The matter was again listed on 1st December, 2009, but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly, the matter was taken out of the list with the liberty to mention upon notice to the respondent. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none had on call but in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 1227 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
