1. The claim of the petitioner for arrear salary and for regularization has not been considered over a period of time.

The petitioner submits that all requisite documents have been submitted by the petitioner and are lying with the school authority.

2. In fact, Ms. Bhowal, learned Advocate, appearing for the school authority submits that all documents, in terms of the communication dated 10.10.2023, as sought for by the respondent no. 2, have been submitted on 13.04.2026; a copy of such letter, as produced is kept with the record.

3. Ms. Samanta, learned Advocate, appearing for the State respondent, submits that since documents have been recently submitted, a reasonable period of time may be given to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to dispose of the claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4. Since the school authority submits that the concerned documents have been given to the District Mass Education Extension Officer (respondent no. 3 herein), the respondent no. 3 is directed to immediately forward such documents to the respondent no. 2 by 30.04.2026.

5. Upon receipt of such documents, the respondent no. 2 will consider the case of the petitioner by 31.05.2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
