Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner has sought for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 13th September, 2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, in connection with GR Case No.419 of 2015.

Having heard the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner on the ground of appeal and also having gone through the judgment impugned, leave is granted.

The petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation, CRMSPL 7 of 2024 stands disposed of.
