The parties admit that the demolition work has already been conducted.

Learned advocate for the petitioners alleges that the materials i.e. iron rods and the other construction goods which are there at the site have been taken away by the persons who conducted the demolition work. The petitioners seek for a direction for returning the aforesaid goods.

The aforesaid allegation is denied by the learned advocate representing the Asansol Municipal Corporation.

The aforesaid dispute not being a part of the writ petition and the prayers made therein are different, accordingly, the present prayer of the petitioners cannot be allowed.

It will be open for the petitioners to make appropriate application before the competent authority for relief, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
