In Re: CPAN 97 of 2021 Learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the contempt application, in his usual fairness, submits that subsequent to the filing of the contempt application, the alleged contemnor has complied with the previous order of this court and has been complying duly thereafter by providing adequate police assistance as and when required by the applicant.

Although affidavits are exchanged, which have been filed in court today and are kept on record, there appears to be no justification in keeping the contempt application pending, in view of substantial compliance of the order by the alleged contemnor.

Accordingly, C.P.A.N 97 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
