This application has been filed by the petitioner making innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent adjudicating authority concerned to consider and dispose of its application under Section 161 of the WBGST Act for rectification of the order in question which has been filed on 6th October, 2023. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 2407 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 6th October, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives,

expeditiously and not beyond three months from the date of communication of this order.
