...... petitioners Mr. Prabir Majumder ...... for the petitioners Mr. S S Imam Mr. S Bhar ...... for the State Considering the materials on record and having regard to the fact that the possibility of instigation cannot be wholly ruled out from the materials made available to us during the hearing, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Mihir Chakraborty and Sumon Chakraborty shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners while on bail shall meet the investing officer once in a week until further orders.
