Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not fill up the online application form regarding verification of documents due to technical glitches.

Mr. Sanyal, learned Counsel appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that this writ petition was affirmed and filed on 27th January, 2021 when all process from verification of documents to interview is over and this writ petition should be dismissed and on this score alone.

Heard both the parties.

The writ petitioner has approached this Court for rectification of his application form not at the time of verification of documents but has

approached this Court after the whole process of verification till interview is over. According to this Court, no relief can be granted to the petitioner after completion of interview and thus the writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
