All the petitioners stand implicated in an incident of assault where, a number of persons suffered injuries. Injuries varied from scalp hematoma to fracture of the nasal bone and left temporal bone.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 381 of 2024 is disposed of.
