This is an application for relaxation of conditions of bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have complied with the conditions imposed in order dated 13th March, 2025 passed by this
Hon'ble Court in CRM(DB) 460 of 2025 and seeks for relaxation of condition of bail imposed.

Learned counsel representing the State submits that the charge has not been framed as yet. He opposes such prayer.

By order dated 13th March, following conditions were imposed namely that the petitioners shall remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and shall meet the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders.

In view of the aspect that the trial has not commenced, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions of bail imposed in the order dated 13th March, 2025 and, thus, prayer for relaxation of conditions of bail is rejected.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
