The complaint filed by the petitioner alleging unauthorized construction at the behest of the private respondent was considered and after hearing all the parties an order of self-demolition has been passed on 6th March, 2024. Petitioner prays for implementation of the same.

As it appears that the Corporation has already detected unauthorized construction and issued notice of self-demolition, accordingly, the Corporation shall take steps to implement the order of self-demolition in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
