1. Report submitted by the Certificate Officer, Howrah, as called for, is placed by the learned counsel for the State, wherein it appears that the Certificate Officer is proceeding in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that they pray for easy instalments to make payment due to the petitioner.

3. It is further submitted that warrant of arrest has been issued against the senior Manager of the company, Mr. Abul Hasan and because of the said warrant of arrest being issued, it has become difficult for the company to adduce evidence in the cases pending before different forums, as Mr. Hasan is the authorized person to represent the private respondent.

4. It is submitted that Mr. Hasan, the Manager, is the only person who is authorized as he is competent to appeal as a witness before the authorities. Recall of the warrant of arrest is thus prayed for.

5. Considering the submissions made, the private respondent is at liberty to make the said prayers before the Certificate Officer, who shall consider the same sympathetically and in accordance with law.

6. Writ application stands disposed of.

7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
