Perusal of the record indicates that the matter is still pending before learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC-I, Alipore, South 24-Parganas in Criminal Appeal No. 309 of 2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on instruction he limits his prayer only to the extent that appropriate directions may be issued to the learned Additional Sessions Judge for disposal of Criminal Appeal No. 309 of 2024 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment. 4.

The court considers that if such a direction is passed no prejudice should be caused to either of the parties. 5.

In the circumstances, learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC-I, Alipore, South 24-Parganas is requested to dispose of Criminal Appeal No. 309 of 2024 expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment in accordance with the law after hearing both the parties.

CRR 512 of 2025 stands disposed of.
