A co-ordinate Bench of this Court enlarged the opposite party no.2 on bail subject to conditions. It is alleged opposite party no.2 threatened the petitioner and her husband to withdraw the case.

Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Complaint lodged with regard to threats held out by the opposite party no.2 are generic. No specific particulars have been stated therein.

Hence, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no.2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

It is open to the petitioner to re-agitate the issue in the event the trial is continuing and the opposite party no.2 indulges in any wrongful conduct in future.
