Petitioner submits his name was not disclosed in the statement of the victim girl. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had gone into the house of the victim and raped her. Medical report supports the allegation of rape.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
