Petitioner no. 1 is a trust. Petitioner no. 2 is a college under the trust and runs DL. Ed. and B. Ed. course.

Petitioner no.2 has made a representation before the Regional Director of National Council for Teachers' Education to reduce 50 seats for the DL. Ed. course and to increase the enrollment of the B. Ed. course by 50 students from the academic year 2023-25.

It has been submitted by Mr. Biswaroop Bhattaharyya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the said representation has not yet been considered by the respondents.

At this juncture, I am not inclined to enter into the merit of this case.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 4 to consider the representation

dated December 13, 2022, appearing at page 25 of the writ petition, within four weeks from date in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 2434 of 2023 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
