It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been provided with a certified copy of the demolition order dated 20th August, 2024 passed by the Bidhannagar Municipal Commissioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits before this Court that the petitioner is inclined

to prefer a statutory appeal after the certified copy is served upon him.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Corporation submits that the certified copy will be provided to the petitioner within 48 hours from date.

In that view of the matter, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 2522 of 2025 is disposed of directing the petitioner to collect the certified copy from the office of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation after expiry of 48 hours from date.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual undertakings.
