Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

It appears from the records that this is a third application of the petitioner for bail. The first application was rejected by the order dated September 20, 2021 passed in CRM 4787 of 2021 where the involvement of the petitioner in the incident was noted. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to such order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 413 of 2022 is dismissed.
