In the 3rd line of the 4th paragraph of the 1st page of the order, the expression 'petitioner' be corrected as 'respondent No.8'.

In the 2nd line of the 1st paragraph of the 3rd page of the order, the expression 'Director' be added after the expression 'Project'.

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated February 28, 2023.

The other part of the order remains unaltered. The department is directed to take steps accordingly. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
