1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has been identified in course of Test Identification Parade examination. Some of the stolen articles were also recovered from him. In view of gravity of the offence and evidence collected during investigation, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
