Earlier order reflects that this Court on 27.11.2025 directed the learned Special Court to exhaust the process of law.

Learned advocate appearing for the NCB submits that warrant of proclamation is still pending and efforts are being exerted to execute the same. There are time schedule for such orders to be executed.

Having considered that the last rejection was on 27.11.2025 and the process so directed to be complied with is still continuing, I am of the opinion that having regard to the quantum of seizure of 137.380 kgs. of ganja, the

petitioner has failed to make out any case for release on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the NCB be kept with the record.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 244 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
