The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has paid a sum of Rs.3,52,621/- to the respondent no.5 for providing job. However, the respondent no.5 provided false and fabricated posting order at Manshi Craft Pvt. Ltd. Accordingly, the petitioner informed the police authorities. However, the police authorities did not take any action.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have already registered case being Matia Police Station Case No. 41/2024 against the respondent no.5.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred is subserved. The police authorities would

take the investigation to its logical conclusion by taking effective steps.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 2545 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
