1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that the alleged contemnors have preferred an appeal against the order under contempt, which is due to be taken up by the Division Bench on April 10, 2024.

2. In the meantime, the learned Division Bench, according to learned counsel for the parties, has made a request to this Bench not to proceed with the matter.

3. Accordingly, let the matter stand adjourned till April 19, 2024 to await the outcome of the matter pending before the Division Bench.
