From the report filed by the engineers of the Corporation it appears that the person responsible complied with the demolition order of the Special Officer by demolishing the unauthorized portion of the premises.

From the report filed by the surveyor of the custodian of enemy property dated July 19, 2023 it appears that a portion of the residual wall in the extended portion of the western side brick boundary wall has encroached the enemy property. There is no sanction for raising the said wall.

As the custodian of the enemy property alleges encroachment, it will be open for the said authority to approach the competent civil forum for making the passage encroachment free.

No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report filed by the surveyor of the custodian of enemy property be taken on record.
