Case No. 22 of 2018.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that till date said application has not been disposed of even after 5 years.

Having considered the prayer advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Jangipur, Murshidabad would fix at least one date in a month and come to a conclusion in respect of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. within a reasonable period of time, preferably by 31st December, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 370 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
