The application is taken up for hearing in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicants and the writ petitioners/respondents. Ms. Rakhi Shroff, learned advocate appears on behalf of the applicants and submits that certain facts could not be brought to the notice of the Court when the writ petition was finally disposed of vide order dated 2nd August, 2018 hence this application for recall is taken out.

This Court has considered the submission made on behalf of the applicants but it appears from the order dated 2nd August, 2018 the writ petition was disposed of on merit and present application perhaps is not maintainable.

At this stage, Ms.

Shroff, learned advocate representing the applicants has prayed before this Court to permit the applicants to withdraw the present application. Such prayer made on behalf of the applicants is not opposed by the learned advocate representing the writ petitioners.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the applicants the application stands dismissed as not being pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps in accordance with law.
