This appeal filed in 2009 is still pending for admission. It appears from order dated 18.04.2012 and 13.03.2023 that this court gave direction to the appellant to remove the defects. From the report submitted by the Department, the appellant has not filed any Section 5 application till date. None appears for the appellant even today on call to move this application. The appellant is no longer interested to proceed with the appeal.
